The Brookmill Standard

$15,000

               2 night stay with lodging for up to 16 guests

               Standard check in 4pm Friday checkout 11am Sunday

               Access for up to 250 guests during your stay. (additional fees over 185)

               Parking and shuttle services (2 vans for 2 hours at the beginning and end of your event)

               Luxury restroom trailer (2 stalls for the women, 1 stall plus 2 urinals for the men)

 

The Brookmill Experience (upon request or as required)

                Everything above plus:

                Early check in Friday 2pm

                Check out Sunday at 1pm

                Continuous Shuttle Service (during your event)

Rental Package: ($50 per person up to 250)

                Frame tent with all permits, sidewalls and lighting. (Lined ceiling included)

                Wooden Dance floor 20x28

                10 Person Round Tables or 8 person rectangular

                Mahogany Chiavari Chairs (reception only)

                Chair cushion

                 

 

Intimate Affairs (fewer than 50 guests)

  $7500 (2 night stay included)

              Full private access to the property during your stay

              One group gathering totaling no more than 50 guests

Make it Yours  (a truly unique experience non event)

               Stay with us for a week beginning on either a Monday or Thursday

               Additional night when booking a weekend ($2500 holidays)
